Shipping Rates

You can check shipping rates on our site without adding any personal information or placing an order. Simply shop our site, selecting items and quantities, adding those items to the shopping cart by clicking the button “add to cart.” On the next page you will see a box marked “Enter zip code to calculate shipping.” Add your zip code and update the cart. Shipping charges will now appear. You can then make changes to the shopping cart, changing quantities of any item or deleting things to see what impact that has on shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via UPS Quantum View Notify. Please be sure to adjust your email settings or spam filter so that you are able to receive this important email.

Expedited shipping

If your needs are urgent, you can request expedited shipping. We offer UPS Overnight, 2nd day, or 3 day air services. You can make this request prior to ordering by emailing us at info@waggintails.com or by placing your order and alerting us to your needs in the comments section of your order. Prior to shipping your order, we will contact you via email with a quote on expedited shipping charges for your review and approval.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii will be reviewed by our sales staff to determine the best shipping method and may be shipped either via USPS or UPS. Prior to shipping your order, you will be contacted with the shipping options available and costs so that you can choose the best option for you. Please note that shipping charges posted in your shopping cart may not be accurate when shipping to PR, AK or HI due to the variety of options available. If you do not approve of the shipping quote, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

Orders Shipped to APO addresses

Orders shipped to APO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please note that shipping charges posted in your shopping cart may not be accurate for APO orders due to the variety of options available. Prior to shipping your order, you will be contacted with an actual shipping quote to be approved by you. Once approved, your order will be processed and shipped. If you do not approve of the shipping quote, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

International Orders
